After the announcement by El Corte Inglés on-line magazine that Spain will choose externally this year, some sources close to the Spanish broadcaster RTVE have revealed to ESC+Plus.com new information about the selection method which could be used to select the Spanish representative for Eurovision 2014.
According to those sources, there would be a final live show where three artists internally chosen will join other one selected from an “on-line” heat among other candidates. TVE will provide phone numbers to vote for the fourth finalist. Some names are: Roser, Raúl (2000 national selection), Melody (2009 runner-up) and María Isabel (Winner of Junior Eurovision 2004), Angy and Ruth Lorenzo would have finally denied entering the selection.
A total of four finalists would compete in the live show to represent Spain at Eurovision 2014 to take place in Copenhagen (Denmark).
Official confirmation is expected to be published next week, on January 15th.
