After a 14 songs show, and a long time with Interval Acts, TEO has been selected as the Belarusian representative in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, with the song Cheesecake.

The show was aired live on Belarus 1 and Belarus 24 at 20:00 CET. TV viewers were able to vote for their favourite performers within 10 minutes. The representative was determined according to the jury and audience voting results. The winner was presented with a stylized Eurovision heart and granted the right to give an encore. Apart from the 14 finalists, the show featured such Belarusian singers as Alyona Lanskaya (Belarus 2013), Polina Smolova (Belarus 2006), Gunesh and Alexander Solodukha.
