Today Kazakhstan will select their first-ever representative for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Ten finalists will compete at the show that will be broadcast live from Almaty’s Halyk Arena. Khabar has promised to bring an impressive spectacle, so don’t miss it!
An expert committee selected the ten finalists that will perform at today’s show following internal live auditions. Khabar, the participating broadcaster, hasn’t revealed the songs the Kazakhstani hopefuls will sing at the final so that we will listen to the original candidate compositions for the first time today. The finalists are:
- Zere Amirbekova (14 years)
- Dinar Nadirbekova (13 years)
- Suikum Kabylbek (12 years)
- Danelia Tuleshova (12 years)
- Yerzhan Maxim (11 years)
- Maria Zatvarnitskaya (13 years)
- Meirzhan Zhidebai (12 years)
- Zhanelya Kaldybek (12 years)
- Sanat Asuat (13 years)
- Binura Saudabay (11 years)
The public and an expert committee will decide the winner of the show, who will represent Kazakhstan at Junior Eurovision 2018. You can find the members of the jury panel below:
