Junior Eurovision: Croatian participation in Sofia not ruled out!

Two months ago, the Croatian broadcaster HRT confirmed they wouldn’t take part at this year’s Junior Eurovision but it seems they haven’t ruled out the option to be in Sofia!

The broadcaster has now confirmed to a contributor the possibility is still being considered and the final decision will be taken in the following weeks.

Croatia made its debut at Junior Eurovision 2003 winning the contest with Dino Jelusić and the song “Ti si moja prva ljubav”. After Mateo Đido came 10th in 2006, Croatia stopped taking part in Junior Eurovision, but surprisingly returned to the competition last year after an absence of seven editions.

15 countries have officially confirmed participation until the date. The final list of participants will be revealed by the end of September, as recently confirmed by the Executive Supervisor Vladislav Yakovlev.

Stay Tuned!
