Benidorm Fest 2025: The Voting System
Voting at Benidorm Fest 2025 follows a mixed system. Half the outcome is decided by a professional jury made up of eight national and international members. The remaining 50% is determined by the public, split between SMS voting (25%) and free voting via the RTVE Play app (25%).
Notably, the free app voting replaces the demoscopic vote from previous editions. Fans can cast their votes through RTVE Play, available on both Google Play and Apple App Store platforms.
Following tonight’s eight performances, the show’s hosts – Ruth Lorenzo, Inés Hernand, and Paula Vázquez – will open the voting lines. Viewers will have the opportunity to support their favourites via SMS, phone calls, or the free app option.
Unlike previous years, there will be no live voting results during the semi-finals. Instead, the four finalists will be announced directly by the hosts. The combined points from the jury and the public will determine which four acts proceed to Saturday’s grand final, where the ultimate winner will be chosen to represent Spain in Eurovision.
