The revamp of Albania’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö (Sweden) by Besa will be released soon! The former Albanian name of the song was “Zemrën n’dorë” (trans. “Heart in Hand”), but the entry will be sung in English, and is now called “Titan”.

Titan
The revamped version of the Albanian entry, “Titan”, will be released on March 11th 2024. On the same date the music video of the song will also be released.
National final selection
Besa Kokëdhima was chosen through an annual Albanian music festival, also known as “Festivali i Këngës”. She was chosen by public voting.
About Besa Kokëdhima
Besa was in born in Fier (Albania). Practically Besa’s whole life has been devoted to music and singing. As a child Besa took piano classes. One of her music teachers motivated her to start singing, although her parents were not necessarily positive at first. Besa participated in many different local talent shows.
Eurovision fans might remember that Besa also competed in Festivali i Këngës in both 2008 and 2010. In 2009 Besa participated in “Selecția Națională”, the Romanian national selection for Eurovision.
When will Albania compete in Eurovision 2024?
Albania will compete in the first half of the second Semi-final on May 9th 2024.
Who competed for Albania in Eurovision 2023?
In the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool (UK) Albania was represented by Albina & Familja Kelmendi with the song “Duje”. This family ended in 9th position (of 16), and eventually they took 22nd position (of 26) in the 2023 Grand Final.
