The Voting

The voting part will be presented in a different way compared to the heats. While the voting lines will still be open, Jesper will present the 4 acts with the most votes at that specific point. After that, people will still be able to vote. Once the lines are closed, only the 12-pointers of each group will be announced, keeping the audience and viewers on their toes. The 4 qualifiers will be announced and after that we will see the final scoreboard on our screens.

Hall Of Fame

Pernilla Wahlgren is getting a spot tonight in Melodifestivalen’s Hall Of Fame for her “Piccadilly Circus” (1985).

I feel very honored, proud and happy to have been inducted into the Hall of Fame with “Piccadilly Circus”. Even though I didn’t win Melodifestivalen in 1985, it was my big breakthrough and the beginning of my career as an artist and singer.

In the semi-final, TikTok star Lucianoz Axelsson pays tribute to Pernilla with a dansband version of “Piccadilly Circus” – in a way we’ve never heard it before.

The Interval Act

Melodifestivalen celebrates the 70th birthday of artist and designer Christer Lindarw (After Dark) with a show. After Dark will perform “La Dolce Vita” with the lyrics slightly changed, to celebrate Christer Lindarw.

You can watch the show live at 20:00 CET HERE or via our Multi-window live feed.
