The design on how the stage for Melodifestivalen will look like has just been published on the official SVT’s site for Eurovision. The stage has been presented as unique and one of the biggest ones in the history of the contest.
The stage was created and designed by Frida Arvidsson and Viktor Brattström with the main purpose as having the audience involved in the show with the stage.
It includes LED technology with screens and lights, as they wanted every performance to have its own essence and different ”aura”.
This time, Green Room will play a different role and it will be again located next to the stage, last time it happened was in 2011, as they also wanted the audience to see what’s going on with the artists and how their impressions are, in clear words, the stir. In the final, it will be located exactly in the middle of Friends Arena, where all the entries will be hanging out, waiting for the results, with their respective songwriters.
