The Second Semi-Final of the Romanian national selection has just finished with the three more candidates going through to the Grand Final. Today Selecţia Naţională has been broadcast live from Timișoara.
Twelve candidates competed at the show:
- Jukebox feat. Bella Santiago – Auzi cum bate (Alex Luft, Bogdan Marinescu, Cristina Dobrescu)
- Alessandro Dănescu – Breaking up (John Ballard, Jonathan Dahl, Robin Carlsson, Marcus Holmberg)
- Meriem – End the battle (Meriem Vizitiu, Mihail Gheorghe, Marian Achim, Meriem Vizitiu)
- MIHAI – Heaven (Michael James Down, William Taylor, Jonas Gladnikoff, Mihai Traistariu)
- Jessie Baneş – Lightning strikes (Pelle Blarke, Ellie Wyatt Jessie Baneş)
- Romeo Zaharia – Maybe this time (Fred Endersen, Olaf Owre)
- Othello – Noi suntem pădure (Florentin Milcof, Laura Sgarcitu)
- Miruna Diaconescu – Run for you (Radu Pompiu Bolfea, Marcel Prodan)
- Serena – Safari (Baisan Radu, Serban Diana, Nistor Mircea)
- Pragu de sus – Te voi chema (Calin Barcean)
- Endless feat. Maria Grosu – Thinking about you (William Taylor, Jonas Gladnikoff)
- Rafael – We are one (Rafael Ciobotaru, Alexandru Nuca)
After the voting of a professional jury panel, made up of Ilinca, Viorel Gavrilă, Marian Ionescu, Nicu Patoi and Liliana Ştefan, the following three entries advanced to the Grand Final in Bucarest:
- MIHAI – Heaven
- Rafael – We Are One
- Jukebox feat Bella Santiago – Auzi Cum Bate
