RTP has just broadcast the second semifinal of this year’s Festival da Canção. 4 acts have gone through to the final, so the line-up for the final on March 7th is complete.
Today the Portuguese audience has seen the last semifinal of their traditional song festival happen with 8 candidates competing for one of the remaining spots in the national final:
- Dubio feat. +351 – Cegueira
- Luiz Caracol e Gus Liberdade – Dói-me o País (António Avelar Pinho)
- Judas – Cubismo Enviesado (Hélio Morais)
- Kady – Diz Só (Dino D’Santiago)
- Elisa Rodrigues – Não voltes mais
- Cláudio Frank – Quero-te Abraçar
- Tomás Luzia – Mais Real Que o Amor (Pedro Jóia)
- Jimmy P – Abensonhado
At the end of the show, an equal combination of the votes from a professional jury panel and the audience has determined the last 4 finalists of Festival da Canção 2020:

- Elisa Rodrigues – ‘Não volte mais’

Next week, the Portuguese national selection will conclude live from the town of Elvas, located in the south-east of the country. Filomena Cautela and Vasco Palmeirim will host the show, where the winner will be determined by seven regional panels of judges alongside the Portuguese televoters.
