Brendan represented Ireland in 2017 in Kiev finishing 13th in his semi-final with his song ‘Dying to Try’. Recently, Brendan participated in the X Factor UK, finishing fifth. He released a cover of Wham’s Christmas classic ‘Last Christmas’ on December 12 and tweeted to his fans, ‘I hope you enjoy’.
