Junior Eurovision: Heads of delegation meeting takes place in Sofia, info revealed!

Today, the Heads of Delegation meeting has taken place in the host city, Sofia!

The Heads of Delegation of the participating countries met earlier today to know more about the preparations of this year’s Junior Eurovision edition. Moreover, information about the show itself was revealed by the organizer broadcaster BNT:

• Help Desks will be available in the airport, inside the arena and three more will be displayed around the city.
• Press centre will be inside the arena, with two pop walls and a special TV interview room. Press facilities: computers, internet, monitors, pigeon holes, power, pens, paper, free water and hot drinks.
• Press conference area will offer English, Bulgarian, and Russian translation headsets.
• Press conferences will be streamed LIVE on-line, with possibility to ask questions via twitter.

• Wednesday 18th November:

Delegations: 10.25 to 15.45 CET

EBU & BNT: 16.00 to 17.00 CET

• Thursday 19th November:

Delegations: 10.25 to 15.45 CET

• Friday 20th November

JESC Host y Vincenzo 11.00 to 12.00 CET

• Saturday 21st November

Winners press conference + Online Voting Prize 22.30 to 23.00

“The preparation of this enormous event is already at an advanced stage… I want to express my great pleasure that the project has involved so many young professionals from various fields. Their energy and willingness to create a unique experience for all, has really impressed me,” said Director General of BNT Viara Ankova in a speech to the delegations. “We found young artists to design the trophies, and the stage costumes… as well as more than 200 young dancers and other artists on stage from Bulgaria during the show.”

The stage design will be also revealed today. According to BNT, “The stage is REALLY BIG and the design is closely connected to the logo itself”.

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 will be held on November 21 at the Arena Armeec in Sofia, Bulgaria.
