Junior Eurovision

It’s official! Spain will take part at Junior Eurovision 2019!

RTVE has just confirmed participation for the upcoming edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place on November 24 in Poland. Spain is back in the competition after a 13-years break!

Spain has taken part at Junior Eurovision four times reaching very successful places, no lower than 4th. The country won the contest in 2004 when María Isabel performed Antes Muerta Que Sencilla in Lillehammer, Norway. They withdrew in 2007 and have been interested in the competition the last few years, but it hasn’t been until today when they have officially confirmed their participation.

Welcome back, Spain! 😀 RTVE mist decide who represents the land of Sergio, Maria Isabel, Antonio José, and Dani Fernández this November. Next to next, let’s just hope Spain continues to be a powerhouse country at Junior Eurovision from 2020 onward. 🙂
