Yesterday Irish Eurosong 2024, the national final of Ireland, took place during popular talk show, The Late Late Show. The show saw six acts battling it out for the crown, and eventually Bambie Thug won this national final with “Doomsday Blue”.
The winner was chosen by an Irish professional jury (33%), an international jury (33%), and public voting (33%).

Bambie Thug is an independent goth-rock artist with more than 45,000 listeners on a monthly bases through their own self-designed music platform “Ouija Pop”. Bambie is known for their great live performances which ensured them a spot at the sold-out Download Festival.
Bambie Thug is born on March 6th 1994 in Macroom (Country Cork), their off-stage name is Cuntry Ray Robinson. Bambie’s father is Swedish and their mother is from Ireland, they have three sisters. Bambie trained to become a ballerina, and for their sponsored dance training they moved to London; they broke their arm and was not able to dance anymore as they used to, they switched to study musical theatre.
