ESC+Plus: Hello! First of all, thank you so much for your time and congratulations on having been selected to take part in the Norwegian national selection for Eurovision 2016.

Can you tell us about you, your musical career and important achievements?

We are five boys between 15 and 20 years old, and we’ve been a band for over a year now. Last year we played concerts all around Norway, and we have had some Tv appearances as well! We are very lucky to have pretty hardcore fans who call themselves sweethearts! They’re so dedicated and we couldn’t ask for better fans!

E+: What impelled you to take part in “MGP 2016”?

MGP is a great opportunity to reach out to a broader audience, and we think our song “Anna Lee” is a great fit for the song competition.

E+: How did you feel when you knew that you had qualified for the final? Did you expect it?

When we got the call we got really excited!

E+: What would it mean for you to represent Norway?

It would mean absolutely everything! It would give us the chance to show our music, and us as a band, to a huge audience.

E+: Can you tell us about the song? What is the story behind the lyrics?

The song is a very happy up-tempo song about a girl named Anna Lee, who is a bit insecure about herself, and we basically sing to her that she should be carefree and just be herself.

E+: Why do you think your song has to be selected for Stockholm? What are your strengths to reach to the top in the competition?

Anna Lee is a very happy sounding pop song that everyone who likes catchy pop music should find some enjoyment in! It’s very easy to sing along to with a melody that sticks to your brain once you’ve heard it. We also think that we’ll deliver an amazing show that fits Eurovision very well.

E+: Have you started to prepare your stage performance for “MGP 2016”?

We are just about to start planning and rehearsing for the big show! We want it to be really spectacular!

E+: Do you usually watch Eurovision? What are your favorite songs in the history of the competition?

Some of us watch Eurovision every year and we enjoy it very much. Andreas’s favorite song ever has to be “Diggiloo diggiley” by Herreys!

E+: Besides Eurovision, what are your plans for this year?

First of all we’ll see how MGP goes and take it from there, but we have a lot of plans for this year and hopefully we’re gonna release a lot of new music!

E+: Finally, can you send a message for our readers and Eurovision fans?

We would like to give a massive thank you to everyone who already supports us, and we hope that all your readers and Eurovision fans like what we do and also want to support us through the competition! Can’t wait to show everyone what we have in store!

E+: Thanks for your time and good luck!
