Georgia 2024: Georgia’s national broadcaster has received 300 submissions for Nutsa to choose from

This year’s Georgian representative, Nutsa Buzaladze, or simply “Nutsa”, can choose out of 300 songs to sing in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö (Sweden).

200 Songs for Nutsa

The Head of Delegation of Georgia, Natia Mshvenieradze, revealed that no less than 300 songs were submitted to the Georgian national broadcaster, GPB, for Nutsa to choose from; a task that will undoubtedly be difficult. This news was disclosed during a Georgian day-time TV show. The last day that songs could be submitted was on January 30th 2024. The thing that was also revealed was that the majority of the submitted songs was by foreign, so non-Georgian, composers.

We know that some days ago there was no clear favourite for Nutsa to sing just yet, and we also know that Nutsa is staying on the Bahamas where she will eventually choose her entry for Eurovision 2024.

Internal selection

Nutsa was internally selected to represent Georgia in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö (Sweden).
