Tonight, February 25th 2023, the national Finnish final takes place. This national final will take place in the Finnish city of Turku. The national final of Finland’s name is “Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu 2023 (UMK 2023)”, and will be presented by Samu Haber.

Tonight the national Finnish final will take place, which means that after tonight’s show we will known who is going to represent Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
The Finnish entry will be chosen by international juries (25%), but also public voting (75%).

Eurovision 2022
In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2022 the internationally acclaimed band The Rasmus ended in 7th place in Semi-final 2, and in the Grand Final they came 21st (out of 25).
