Eurovision 2023: Timur Miroshnychenko and Masha Efrosinina to host the contest?

On December 8th 2022 Ukrainian media reported that Timur Miroshnychenko and Masha Efrosinina are going to be two of the yet unknown number of presenters of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool (United Kingdom).

The announcement came after a report of MUZVAR, a well-known Ukrainian music channel, that both Miroshnychenko and Efrosinina will be two of the hosts, and that there will also be two presenters from the UK during the contest.

People have to wait

Possible presenter Timur Miroshnychenko stated that he could not say anything before actually signing officially that he will take on the job to host the contest, and that people have to wait until the official announcement of the presenters.

Rumored Ukrainian hosts

Both rumored Ukrainian hosts have hosted the contest before; Timur Miroshnychenko in 2017, along Oleksandr Skichko and Volodymyr Ostapchuk, and Masha Efrosinina in 2005, along Pavlo Shylko. Next to this, Miroshnychenko has been the Ukrainian commentator of the contest since 2007, and he also hosted the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Ukraine in both 2009 as well as in 2013.
