On December 21st 2022 the BBC has confirmed several names again that will behind the production of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. These names include Directors, Head of Sound, Set Design, and Light Design.

The BBC has announced several names behind the production of the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest, these names are the following:
- Nikki Parsons – Lead Director of the Grand Final
- Richard Valentine – Director
- Ollie Bartlett – Director
- Dan Shipton – Creative Director
- Kojo Samuel – Music Director
- Julio Himede – Set Designer
- Robert Edwards – Head of Sound
- Tim Routledge – Light Designer
Creative team from Ukraine
Since the upcoming contest is organized by the United Kingdom as well as war-stricken Ukraine, there will also be a Ukrainian creative team of the Ukrainian national broadcaster UA:PBC. This team consists of the following professionals:
- Oksana Skybinska – Ukraine’s Head of Delegation
- Tetiana Semenova – Executive Producer
- German Nenov – Creative Director
