The second semi-final of EuroStream 2020, the online project organized by some of the big Eurovision news websites by joining forces to celebrate this event after the cancellation of Eurovision due to the COVID-19 pandemic, took place tonight.
In today’s semifinal, 18 countries competed to get the desired spot in the final. A professional jury and the spectators through online voting have decided what ten countries have managed to qualify today.
Erik Nelson, Samantha Ross, Derek Sillerud and DannyKristian Vopava have been in charge of introducing this second semifinal to the world, while Gunther Ooms and Joël Braem have announced the 10 qualified participants for tonight, which have been announced in random order. And we will not know the final results until next Saturday.
During the announcement of the qualifiers, the running order for the final was also announced.
Simultaneously with the international broadcast, ESCplus broadcasted a live simulcast with comments in Spanish presented by Iván Trejo, Hugo Carabaña and Adrián Valiente.
