Check results of Running Order Draw for Junior Eurovision 2021!

A few minutes ago, the traditional Junior Eurovision Welcome Party was held at the Studio Gabriel, on the Champs Elysees in Paris. In it, the Running Order Draw took place to determine randomly which countries will open and close the show, as well as the position of the host country, France.

Charlee Moss, the daughter of the last French Senior Eurovision winner, Marie Myriam, was set to host today’s Opening Ceremony and give a warm welcome to all the participants, delegations, press and the public following the event around the world. However Carla, French representative for Junior Eurovision 2019 and host of this year contest, took her role due to unspecified reasons. Martin Österdahl, EBU Executive Supervisor, and Alexandra Redde-Amiel, head of the French delegation, were also presented in the ceremony.

The draw, with the bubbles decorated with a Christmas festive theme, has established that the host country, France, will perform 13th on Sunday’s final show. Enzo is the French representative singing “Tik Tak”!

Moreover, the sensitive positions of who will open and close the contest have been decided by drawing lots. Germany will perform first, while Portugal will be the last country to take to the stage.
