The Bulgarian government has approved the amount of money that will be destined to organize the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Sofia. At yesterday’s government meeting, the cabinet approved a budget of 1.533.875,64 euros, three million Bulgarian Levs, for the production of the television show that will take place on November 21.
Bulgaria will be hosting this year’s Junior Eurovision after the rejecting of Italy and the BNT broadcaster is currently involved into the preparations of the show together with the EBU. The first Steering Group meeting will take place the next week to discuss about possible artworks and logo designs as well as the show’s musical content.
