Azerbaijan 2023: The entry by TuralTuranX has been released

The entry of TuralTuranX, this year’s Azerbaijani’s entrants, has been released. The name of the song is “Tell Me More”, and has an arrangement by Nihad Aliyev.

About the entry “Tell Me More”

The entry “Tell Me More” by the singing twins, TuralTuranX, will be performed entirely in English, but has been composed by a team that consisted fully of Azeri, which is the case for the first time since 2008.

About TuralTuranX

TuralTuranX was internally selected by Azeri national broadcaster, Ictimai; they were one of the five shortlisted artists to possible represent Azerbaijan in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. The artists that were shortlisted first had to go through several rounds of auditions which were shared with a focus group.

Azerbaijan’s TuralTuranX will perform in the second half of the first Semi-final on May 9th 2023.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will take place on May 9th, 11th, and 13th 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. 37 countries will compete for the crown. This year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be a joint venture, since last year’s winner Ukraine cannot organize the contest on home soil because of the ongoing war with Russia.
