Zala Kralj and Gašper Šantl have just won EMA 2019 and will represent Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv. They will perform ‘Sebi’ in the first half of the first semi-final.
The Slovenian broadcaster selected the finalists from more than 100 submissions received. They were:
- Kim – Rhythm Back To Me
- Renata Mohorič – Three Bridges
- René – Ne poveš
- Fed Horses – Ti ne poznaš konjev
- Ula Ložar – Fridays
- Lumberjack – Lepote dna
- Okustični – Metulji plešejo
- INMATE – Atma
- Zala Kralj and Gašper Šantl – Sebi
- Raiven – Kaos
The winner was selected by a panel of judges and the audience after two rounds. In the first round, a three-person jury panel chose the two acts that face in the superfinal, where the public selected the Slovenian representative via televoting:

- Zala Kralj and Gašper Šantl – Sebi
