Who will follow the steps of The Humans at the contest?
Tonight, the grand final of the well-known annual Selecţia Naţională in Romania will take place in Bucarest. The 12 finalists will go on stage to compete for the ticket that will lead one of them to represent Romania in Tel Aviv.
The show will count again on the equal combination (50/50) of the votes from an international panel made up of industry professionals plus the Romanian audience to decide who will earn the ticket all the way to Israel. You can see the names making it through in bold:
The running order for Sunday’s show will be as follows:
- Linda Teodosiu – “Renegades”
- Olivier Kaye – “Right now”
- Laura Bretan – “Dear Father”
- Teodora Dinu – “Skyscraper”
- Claudiu Mirea – “We are the ones”
- Aldo Blaga – “Your journey”
- Ester Peony – “On a Sunday”
- Letiţia Moisescu & Sensibil Balkan – “Daina”
- Bella Santiago – “Army of love”
- Trooper – “Destin”
- Dya & Lucian Colareza – “Without you (Sin ti)”
- Vaida – “Underground”
Ilinca Avram and Aurelian Temişan will be the two hosts in charge of introducing this exciting evening to the Romanian public. Netta will serve as the interval act at tonight’s show performing her new track Bassa Sababa and her Eurovision song Toy. Emmelie De Forest and Inis Neziri will also take the stage to impress the public.
The jury members have already been revealed and the panel will be formed by:
