Today RTP will broadcast the second semi-final of Festival da Canção 2020. Another 8 candidates will step on stage aimed to join the last week’s qualifiers in the final on March 7th.
The first Portuguese semi-final saw Filipe Sambado, Bárbara Tinoco, Elisa and Throes + The Shine make it through. After tonight’s show, which will be hosted by Sónia Araújo and José Carlos Malato, the line-up for the final will be complete. These are the acts that will take part in the second semi-final:

- Luiz Caracol e Gus Liberdade – Dói-me o País (António Avelar Pinho)
- Judas – Cubismo Enviesado (Hélio Morais)
- Kady – Diz Só (Dino D’Santiago)
- Elisa Rodrigues – Não voltes mais
- Cláudio Frank – Quero-te Abraçar
- Tomás Luzia – Mais Real Que o Amor (Pedro Jóia)
- Jimmy P – Abensonhado
Four candidates will go through to the final after an equal combination of votes from the public and a professional jury. At the final, seven regional panels of judges will decide the outcome alongside the Portuguese televoters.
