Time for 2005 & 2017 Eurovision host nation to choose: Vidbir 2019 grand final takes place from Kiev!
It is big time for another exciting national final from the 2019 Eurovision season: The Grand Final of Vidbir 2019 is being broadcast in Ukraine tonight. Six acts which had previously qualified from two previous heats will perform at the show with the aim to sing at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Israel and become Melovin’s successor.
These are the six hopefuls who will battle out for the ticket tonight:
- Yuko – Galyna guliala
- Maruv – Siren song
- Brunettes Shoot Blondes – Houston
- Freedom Jazz – Cupidon
- Anna Maria – My Road
- Kazka – Apart
The winner of Vidbir 2019 will be decided by the 50/50 combination from the votes of the Ukrainian audience and the studio panel made up by Eugene Filatov, Jamala and Andreiy Danilko. The show will be hosted by TV personality and well-known face Sergey Prytula and will take place live from Kiev’s Palace of Culture from 18:00 CET onwards.
