Today: Ukraine selects Junior Eurovision 2017 representative

Today Ukraine will select their next Junior Eurovision representative as the national final will be held live from Pushcha Vodytsia. 10 acts will fight to follow Sofia Rol‘s footsteps in Tbilisi during a show that will start at 16.30 CET.

This year’s Ukrainian national final for Junior Eurovision will be held in the Children Center “Artek” (Pushcha Vodytsia, Kyiv Region). Timur Miroshnichenko and Daria Kolomiets will host the show, which will feature some special guests.

A total of 10 acts qualified from a live semifinal will compete to represent Ukraine at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2017. The running order for the show is as it follows:

  1. Veronika Kovalenko – In My Dream
  2. Polianna Ryzhak – On Your Way
  3. Duo “Glamurchyk” – De Ty I Ya
  4. Sofia Lozina – Ya Viryu
  5. Sofia Bondarenko – Muzyka Dushi
  6. Anastasiya Baginska – Ne Zupynyay
  7. Fediya Skliarenko – Davay, Spivay!
  8. Darina Halytska – Yanholy
  9. Sofia Shkidchenko – Yo De Ley
  10. Nina Boikova – Dream Is Near

The winner of the show will be decided by a 50/50 combination of votes from the public viewers and a professional jury panel, made up of music and sound producer Vadym Lysytsia, singer Iryna Shvaidak, singer and actor EL Kravchuk, singer and composer Svitlana Tarabarova, singer and musician ROZHDEN.
