Max & Anne have just won Junior Songfestival 2018 and will represent The Netherlands in Minsk. They will perform the song Samen on November 25.
Four acts competed in the final of Junior Songfestival 2018:

- Remix (Xanne (14), Roula (13), Mimi (12) & Jazz (13) – What Girls Do
- Kiya (13) – Butterflies
- Max (14) & Anne (14) – Samen

The winner was selected by the combination of votes from an expert panel, made up of Maan, Buddy Vedder and Tommie Christiaan, a kids’ jury, composed of the members of FOURCE who represented The Netherlands last year, and the audience via online voting.
Max & Anne became a duo after the internal live auditions held by AVROTROS to select the Dutch finalists. Max is 14 years old and took part at The Voice Kids in 2017, where he went through the blind auditions. Anne is also 14 years and participated in The Voice Kids earlier this year reaching the semifinals. Moreover, she has performed in several musicals, like Anastasia de Musical or Sound of Music.
