Who did said that this year’s largest pride in Scandinavia was going to be that boring? The city is currently getting requirements from lots of Eurovision stars, where we can find from the very first winner ever Lys Assia to next year’s act from San Marino, Valentina Monetta. They are ready to perform on this unique stage and for such an special audience as always described by the artists.

We are proud and happy to announce that a musical legend has now joined this year’s pride. It’s all about Agnetha Fältskog, that blonde girl you can remember from best pop music band in the history, the only and unique ABBA. The appearance will take place on the 1st of August. Agnetha will make a very special guest appearance on the Main Stage in Pride Park, Stockholm, where she will be presented with a very well deserved Gold record for her critically heralded album, “A”. She will be joined on stage by GRAMMY-nominated songwriter/producer Jörgen Elofsson and aclaimed producer and composer, Peter Nordahl.

– We are incredibly honored to have the music icon Agnetha Fältskog from ABBA attend the Stockholm Gay Pride Festival to receive the audience’s cheers and love. It will be a unique opportunity for the Stockholm Pride audience to pay tribute to Agnetha Fältskog, especially for her latest album “A”, says Jörgen Eriksson, Festival Director of Stockholm Pride.
