Stage construction begins inside International Exhibition Centre in Kiev

With approximately just one month ahead of this year’s Eurovision Song Song Contest and aside of rumors which told that the contest was set to be moved to Berlin due to Julia Samoylova’s scandal, Ukraine is already gearing up for what they promise it is going to be an unforgettable edition of the European production.

The stage designed by Florian Wieder’s company has already taken shape and is being built up inside this year’s venue, the International Exhibition Centre in Kiev.

As you can see in the video, the main LED screen has already been installed and is now being tested. The structure surrounding it will be in place the upcoming days. Delegations will start arriving in Kiev at the end of this month for the first rehearsals which will be scheduled for the first days of May.

The contest will take place on May 9, 11 and 13.
