Spain’s Brequette releases lyric-video for 2017 bidding entry “No Enemy”

After several teasers released by the singer’s team throughout the week, Brequette Cassie has finally released the lyric-video for “No Enemy” in its full-length on her official YouTube channel. This is the song which she will be aiming to represent Spain with at next year’s edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, to be held in Ukraine in May 2017.

The track has been available to preview from last week onwards with another two, “You’re Enough” and “Twist of Fate”, but “No Enemy” is the one which the singer will finally be presenting to #Eurocasting, the first stage of “Objetivo Eurovision”, RTVE’s national selection organized to select their representative in Ukraine.

The song has been written and composed by Brequette herself together with producer Rubén Villanueva and Barei, this year’s Spanish entrant in Stockholm with “Say Yay!”.

Brequette already knows what the Eurovision world is all about, since she was the runner-up at the Spanish national final contest in 2014 with “Más (Run)” written by Thomas G: son and Tony Sánchez Ohlsson. In addition, Cassie stepped onto the European stage, as it was one of Barei’s backing dancers and vocalists in Sweden.

RTVE will close the deadline for submitting applications tomorrow, November 27 and announce the 30 finalists of this first stage of their selection this week during the #SpainCalling show on their website.
