RTS has just opened submissions for their 2019 national selection. As in 2018, the next Serbian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest will be selected from a televised final.
All interested singers/composers can send their applications anonymously until the 1st of November following the rules available here. It’s interesting to highlight that foreign composers are allowed to enter the competition. However, all the compositions must be written in Serbian or in any other official language of the country.
The candidates shall send their compositions to the following address:

After the submission period is closed, a panel of music experts will choose the best contenders according to the quality of the compositions. The overall winner will be selected by a 50/50 mix of televoting and the votes of a professional expert panel during a televised national final.
