Serbia: Hurricane wins Beovizija 2020

The trio Hurricane has just won Beovizija 2020 and will represent Serbia at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. They will perform the song ‘Hasta La Vista’ in Rotterdam.

24 acts have competed over two nights of shows to represent Serbia on the big European stage. However, only 12 of them got enough support to perform at the Grand Finale:

  1. Milan Bujaković feat. Olivera Popović – Niti
  2. Hurricane – Hasta la vista
  3. Neda Ukraden – Bomba
  4. Andrija Jo – Oči meduze
  5. Igor Simić – Ples za rastanak
  6. Thea Devy – Sudnji dan
  7. EJO – Trag
  8. LIFT – Samo mi kaži
  9. Ana Milenković – Tajna
  10. Naiva – Baš, baš
  11. Marko Marković – Kolači
  12. Bane Mojićević – Svet sa Prokletija

A combination of public vote and regional judges determined the winners of Beovizija and next representatives of the Balkan country at the Eurovision Song Contest.

ABOUT hurricane

On November 1, 2017, following their Serbian roots and passion for R&B and Pop sound, Sanja Vucic, Ivana Nikolic and Ksenija Knezevic formed the girl group HURRICANE with the idea to express their music and start their international careers together.

The name Hurricane has a few inspirations – firstly, it represents three girls who are completely unstoppable with a desire for change, new perspectives and new challenges. The girls express themselves through music, dance and performance, taking audiences breath away.

Hurricane girls are unique with their style, personalities and perfect harmonies and because of that their songs are being aired on the radio stations all around the globe especially in USA, UK, Australia, South Africa, Germany, Netherlands, France, India, Serbia… – according to digital radio platform iPluggers.
