There is more news about Serbia’s national final that is called “Pesma za Evroviziju 23”, and will be held on January 9th 2023. No less than 200 songs were submitted to compete in this national final.
The participants
The participants of Serbia’s national final will be made public on January 9th 2023 by the national broadcaster of Serbia, RTS. The rumor mill is working overtime, because there are voices saying that the newly assembled Hurricane will take part, but also Lena Stamenković, who represented Serbia in Junior Eurovision 2015. There are also rumours that Tijana Dapčević will compete, she represented North Macedonia in the Eurovision Song Contest of 2014 in Copenhagen (Denmark).

Eurovision 2022
In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2022 in Turin (Italy) Serbia was represented by Konstrakta, who sang her song “In Corpore Sano” to a 3rd place in Semi-final 2, and to a 5th place (of 25) in the Grand Final.
