During an interview Portuguese 2023 hopeful, Mimicat, has stated that the performance of her entry, “Ai Coração”, in Liverpool will maintain its cabaret-vibe; the only thing that will be changed is the presence of the sofa. The grand 2023 Eurovision stage has all sorts of tricks up its sleeve, and the Portuguese delegation is still working on a version of their act that makes use of these features.

Portugal’s Mimicat will perform in the first half of the first Semi-final on May 9th 2023.
The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will take place on May 9th, 11th, and 13th 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. 37 countries will compete for the crown. This year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be a joint venture, since last year’s winner Ukraine cannot organize the contest on home soil because of the ongoing war with Russia.
