Later the two winners, one from each duel, faced in a final gold duel where the public chose the best duelist and winner of the ticket for the grand final.

The three non-qualifiers still have a chance of performing at the grand final, as the public will also choose an additional qualifier from all the non-qualified semi-finalists. A voting period will be opened on Monday 7 February, after the last semi-final, and the four participants with more votes will compete in a second chance show for the last place for the Melodi Grand Prix 2022 grand final on February 12.
