Norway 2023: Running-order of the second Semi-final announced

The Norwegian broadcaster, NRK, has announced which 7 acts will take the stage during the second Semi-final of the Norwegian national final, Melodi Grand Prix 2023. This Semi-final will take place on January 21st 2023.

NRK, the Norwegian national broadcaster, has announced the 7 acts of the second Semi-final of Melodi Grand Prix 2023. Below you can find the list of the acts in the order they will appear in this Semi-final.

  • JONE: Ekko inni meg
  • Sandra Lyng: Drøm d bort
  • Alejandro Fuentes: Fuego 
  • Swing’it: Prohibition
  • Elsie Bay: Love you in a dream
  • Ella: Waist
  • Bjørn Olav Edvardsen: Turn Off My Heart

Dates of Melodi Grand Prix 2023

The dates of Melodi Grand Prix 2023 are:

  • Semi-Final 1: January 14th 2023 (3 acts will progress)
  • Semi-Final 2 songs reveal: January 16th 2023
  • Semi-Final 2: January 21st 2023 (3 acts will progress)
  • Semi-Final 3 songs reveal: January 23rd 2023
  • Semi-Final 3: January 28th 2023 (3 acts will progress)
  • Final: February 4th 2023 (9 acts, 1 winner)

There will be a professional jury and a public one, both will count for 50%.

Eurovision 2022

In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2022 in Turin (Italy) Subwoolfer took the  stage for Norway with the song “Give That Wolf a Banana”. The alien wolfs came in 6th in Semi-final 1, and eventually they took 10th place in the Grand Final.
