Montenegro: Knez celebrates an Eurovision themed birthday

Knez, who will represent Montenegro at next year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, is hard at work these days, preparing the song that will be his entry in the contest, that he has dreamed of taking part in for many years. Last year, Montenegro qualified for the grand final for the first time and finished 19th, and Knez is doing his best to try to continue this success next year, and hopefully do even better .

However, yesterday he took a break from the preparations, and gathered his closest friends and family to celebrate his 47th birthday. Though his loved ones still made sure, that there was a bit of an Eurovision theme to the party, as they had made him a surprise in the form of a beautiful (and we bet very tasty) cake, that showed their support for his upcoming ESC adventure. The text on the cake shows how much love and faith, his friends and family have for Knez, with the phrases on it saying “Winner” “To victory” and “Happy Birthday Love”.
