The Moldovan national broadcaster, TRM, has announced the 10 finalists of the Moldovan national final, “Etapa Naţională 2023”. In total 33 entries competed in the live auditions of the Moldovan selection. A jury panel decided who is going to proceed to the actual national final.

Eurovision 2022
In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2022 in Turin (Italy) Moldova was represented by Zdob și Zdub and Advahov Brothers with the song “Trenulețul“. They finished 8th in Semi-final 1, and in the Grand Final they came in 7th.
