Tonight the first semifinal of the Maltese selection Malta Eurovision Song Contest will be held. 20 finalist will present their song with 14 of them making it to the final, which will take place tomorrow, on February 8th. The hosts will be last year’s Maltese Eurovision representative Gianluca and Malta’s 2002 participant Ira Losco and also local tv-presenter Moira Delia. Last year’s Eurovision winner Emmelie de Forest and Maria Yaremchuck, who will represent Ukraine this year, will be tonight’s interval acts along with local artists The Crowns, Matthew James Borg and Peter Borg from the band Red Electrick.
