The 16 acts that will battle it out against each other in the national Grand Final of Malta are known. They will do so on February 11th 2023 during the Grand Final of Malta Eurovision Song Contest, abbreviated as “MESC 2023”.

The Semi-final of MESC 2023 took place on February 9th 2023. The Finalists were selected by 50% televoting and 50% professional jury voting. Below you can see the 16 contestants that qualified.

The national Grand Final of Malta will take place on February 11th 2023, and then we will know who is going to represent Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
Eurovision 2022
In the contest of 2022 Malta was represented by Emma Muscat with the song “I Am What I Am”; she finished 16th in Semi-final 2, thus Malta did not proceed to the Grand Final of 2022.
