A new artist joins the history of Junior Eurovision winners! Lou Deleuze has won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025, representing France with his song “Ce Monde.” Congratulations!
Surrounded by the other participating artists who were his fellow contestants in this edition, he performed his song again, emotional, after receiving the trophy that crowns him as the winner of Junior Eurovision 2025. And all thanks to his naturalness, which allowed him to enjoy the entire experience and the nearly three minutes on stage of his radiant and spectacular performance, which puts the perfect finishing touch to a unique adventure that has united millions of people through music.
A total of 248 points were needed to distinguish himself with the magnificent glass microphone trophy of this 23rd edition of Junior Eurovision. With a considerable lead, Ukraine reached 2nd place with 177 points. Georgia, Armenia, and Spain completed the Top 5.
Now another chapter of Junior Eurovision closes, at a turbulent and uncertain moment for the image portrayed by its older sibling, whose future is unknown. But the truth is that Eurofans have once again demonstrated that the power of music can achieve anything, in an event that has that magical component that makes us share incredible moments by connecting us around the world, and that would not be what it is without its audience.
But the end of one chapter is only the beginning of the next, and the book that narrates the experiences and journeys of Junior Eurovision embarks on a new path, with a new host city and many surprises that we will surely discover and learn about in the coming months, and which we hope to continue sharing with our readers at ESCplus.

The voting system that determined the winning entry
The scoring method used to determine who should win the festival once again consisted of a split of 50% jury and 50% online public voting. After the spokespersons announced the scores awarded by the professional juries, which amounted to a total of 1,044 points, the hosts took charge of communicating the sum of points obtained by each country in the public vote, which also totaled another 1,044 points overall. This reveal was carried out following the reverse order of the provisional jury ranking, from the country placed last according to the jury’s preferences up to the first.
The anticipation and excitement remained high until the moment when the 23rd winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 was revealed.
The jury cast its votes yesterday after watching the dress rehearsal, while the public was able to vote twice on the free online platform, once from Friday night and again during today’s live show, choosing their three favorites.
Only one attempt per IP address was validated, discarding the multiple attempts by some individuals who tried to vote several times or used VPNs to unsuccessfully mask their location.
