Lithuania: Results of the first “Eurovizijos 2016” show!

The broadcasting of the first Lithuanian show has just taken place and the first results of “Eurovizijos 2016” are out!

A total of eight participants performed their songs at the first show recording with the jury panel, made up of Darius Uzkuraitis, Donatas Ulvydas Ramunas Zilnys and Dalia Micheleviciute, giving their votes from 3 to 12 (Eurovision Style):

1. Alice Way – “Hero” – 8 points
2. Dovydas Petrošius – “Starlight” – 5 points
3. Behind the Moon – “Did It All” – 7 points
4. Erica Jennings – “Leading Me Home” – 12 points
5. Elena Jurgaitytė – “I Won’t Come Back” – 4 points
6. Vlad Max – “Don’t Wanna Let It Go” – 3 points
7. Petunija – “Tomorrow” – 6 points
8. Donny Montell – “I’ve Been Waiting for This Night”– 10 points

Today, these points have been mixed with the ones from the international jury (Peter Freudenthaler, Denis Ingoldsby and Dave Holmes) and tonight’s SMS voting. As a result, the top five contestants and songs have qualified for the next round:

1. Donny Montell
2. Erica Jennings
3. Petunija
4. “Behind the Moon”
5. Alice Way

The second show of “Eurovizijos 2016” has already been recorded and it will be broadcasted next week with the following eight candidates competing to go through to the next round:

• Ištvanas Kvikas and Ellada – Please Don‘t Cry
