LRT, the Lithuanian national broadcaster, has announced the split between the two Semi-finals of the Lithuanian national final, better known as “Pabandom iš naujo! 2023”.

Yesterday, January 31st 2023, the filming of Semi-final 1 of Pabandom iš naujo! 2023 has taken place in the capital city of Lithuania, Vilnius. Because of the filming the split of the entries between the two Semi-finals has been announced. There will be 2 Semi-finals, and the winners of these Semi-finals will proceed to the national Grand Final of Lithuania.

In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2022 Lithuania was represented by Monika Liu with the song “Sentimentai”; Monika came in 7th place in Semi-final 1, and eventually got 14th place in the Grand Final.
