Lithuania’s Monika Linkyte has made changes when it comes down to the way her song, “Stay”, is going to be staged in Liverpool. Lately she disclosed some of the changes.
Changes in the performance
The Lithuanian entrant of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023, Monika Linkyte, has introduced changes to the stanging of her entry, “Stay”.
The changes are the following:
- Monika Linkyte will not wear the gold-orange outfit she wore during the national final. The colour might be maintained, but it will be a different type of outfit. By the way, the orange-gold colour refers to the colour of Lithuanian amber.
- There will also be some white, Lithuanian structures in the motives of the staging. What, how, and where is not disclosed.
Eurovision 2023
Lithuania’s Monika Linkyte will perform 15th (of 16) in the second Semi-final on May 11th 2023.
The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will take place on May 9th, 11th, and 13th 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. 37 countries will compete for the crown. This year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be a joint venture, since last year’s winner Ukraine cannot organize the contest on home soil because of the ongoing war with Russia.
