The song that will represent Israel at Eurovision 2015, Golden Boy by Nadav Guedj has just been presented!
Golden Boy was presented tonight, in a short, special program on Israeli TV. It is written by Doron Madali, who was the director of Israel’s Eurovision songs in 2008, 2010, and 2012. The song is the first ever Israeli entry to not contain any Hebrew lyrics, as it is sung completely in English.
Nadav Guedj is 16 years old, and was born in Paris, France. A few weeks ago he won the talent show The Next Star, and the right to represent his country at Eurovision this year. He will perform his song in the second half of the second semifinal on May 21.
