Junior Eurovision: Serbia to select internally!

junioreurovision.tv has just announced that RTS will select its Junior Eurovision 2014 representative internally due to the lack of time to run an external selection process.

A professional team of the Music Department of RTS is negotiating with composers in order to form the perfect team of a composer and a child singer, because the rules of the Contest allow established authors to help creating the songs for Junior Eurovision.

The last Serbian entrant in Junior Eurovision up to date was Sonja Škoric in 2010, where she managed to finish 3rd with her ballad “Čarobna noć” (Magical night), which is Serbia’s best result in this Contest. Nevena Božović got the same result back in 2007 with “Piši mi” (Write to me).
