Russia will be the first country to choose representative for Junior Eurovision 2013 to take place in Kiev (Ukraine).
After months of preselection around the country, the national final will take place this morning at 08.25 CET in the State Kremlin Palace (Moscow). 18 finalists will compete to be the next Russian representative at Junior Eurovision 2013:

Russian citizens will be able to vote by SMS and phone. Public results will join the ones casted by a professional jury formed by Russian artists, producers and composers.
