RTP has revealed the name of the 10 candidates that have gone through to the final of Juniores De Portugal 2018. The lucky participants were selected from around 70 hopefuls willing to represent Portugal in Minsk.
The following candidates will take part in live auditions:

- Lara Matos Ferreira
- Malia Afonso
- Mariana Chaves
- Matilde Cepeda
- Nuno Siqueira
- Rita Laranjeira
- Sara Monteiro
This year, the Portuguese singer for Junior Eurovision will be selected behind closed doors, while the song will be chosen by the broadcaster.
